Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

The following are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts; using automated betting software or bots; exploiting software bugs; colluding with other players; placing coordinated bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage); using stolen or third-party funds; providing false identification. 876bd may suspend or permanently close any account where prohibited activity is suspected without prior notice, and may forfeit all associated balances where violations are confirmed.

Clause 6

Limitation of Liability

876bd provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 876bd excludes all liability for losses arising from platform downtime or technical failures; reliance on information published on the platform; decisions made by players based on odds or statistics available on the platform; and losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their credentials. In no event shall 876bd's total liability to a player for any claim exceed the net deposit value made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
